Using the Gleeble-1500D simulator, the high temperature plastic deformation behavior of 40%SiCP/Al-Cu composite were investigated at 350-500℃ with the strain rate of 0.01-10 s-1. The stress-strain curves were obtained during the tests.

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.
