Plasma CXCL9 elevations correlate with chronic GVHD diagnosis
Key Points Plasma concentrations of CXCL9 are elevated at the onset of cGVHD diagnosis, but not in patients with cGVHD for more than 3 months. Plasma concentrations of CXCL9 are impacted by immunosuppressive therapy.

Overexpression of CXCL9 in NPC tissues.
(A) Immunohistochemical staining of CXCL9 in paired pericancerous adjacent normal (AN) and tumor tissues from two representative cases (scale bar: 100 µm). Brown signals indicate the CXCL9 expression.

CXCL9/10 production in NHOK strains.
In all the NHOK strains CXCL10 production was highly significantly increased after IFN-γ stimulation compared to untreated cells (a). The level of CXCL9 production in the stimulated cells was also highly significantly increased in all the cell lines ...

CXCL9-11 chemokines and CXCR3 receptor in teleost fish species
The coordinated migration of immune cells from lymphoid organs to in or out of the bloodstream, and towards the site of infection or tissue damage is fundamental for an efficient innate and adaptive immune response. Interestingly, an essential part of this movement is mediated by chemoattractant cytokines called chemokines.

Plasma CXCL9 and CXCL10 at allograft injury predict chronic lung allograft dysfunction [PDF]
Histopathologic lung allograft injuries are putative harbingers for chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD). However, the mechanisms responsible are not well understood.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.
