Supervisory Multi Switching Data Driven Control Theory and Application

open access: yesIEEE Access
Due to the varying circumstances, thus resulting in frequently changed system plant, the controller must also varies with time increases. This paper proposes supervisory multi switching data driven control strategy from both theoretical analysis and ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Data-driven modelling of LTI systems using symbolic regression [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The aim of this project is to automate the task of data-driven identification of dynamical systems. The underlying goal is to develop an identification tool that models a physical system without distinguishing between classes of systems such as linear ...

Periodic event-triggered control based on state feedback

open access: yes, 2011
In this paper, a novel event-triggered control (ETC) strategy is proposed by striking a balance between periodic sampled-data control and ETC. This leads to so-called periodic event-triggered control (PETC), in which the advantage of reduced resource ...

Linking neurogenesis, oligodendrogenesis, and myelination defects to neurodevelopmental disruption in primary mitochondrial disorders

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Loewner-based Data-driven Iterative Structured Control Design

open access: yes, 2021
Stability enforcement remains a challenge in data-driven control paradigms, where no parametrised model of the system is available. In the Loewner Data-Driven Control framework (L-DDC) [1] for instance, the system's instabilities are estimated in order ...

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Evaluation of respondent-driven sampling [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Respondent-driven sampling produced a generally representative sample of this well-connected nonhidden population. However, current respondent-driven sampling inference methods failed to reduce bias when it occurred.
