Sp-DNAのS-DNase I消化物のうち約46%は蒸溜水に対して非透析性の所謂“Core”分劃である.本分劃に就いてWyatt(8)の方法によって塩基組成,アデニン:グアニン:シトシン:チミン=29.5:21.5:20.3:28.6 (モル百分率)を求め,又末端燐酸基の定量的除去にボスホモノエステラーゼを用いる事により末端基法によって平均重合度約4.6という値を得,両値から平均分子量約1450を算出した.又S-DNase Iによる分解産物中のモノヌクレオチドが5'-燐酸であるという前報(1)の観察結果を, “Corn”分劃の末端燐酸基の結合位置についても,はぶ毒消化の結果やホスホモノエステラーゼ前処理によるホスホジエステラーゼ感受性の低下から敷衍する事が出来た.欺くてS-DNase ...
