Nanoemulsion delivery of a TLR7 agonist enhances safety and promotes colocalization with Leishmania‐infected macrophages in skin lesions, enabling a ∼2‐log reduction in parasite burden. However, tissue‐level constraints and TLR‐driven regulatory feedback generate a mixed immune response that limits complete parasite clearance.

Systemic Corticosteroids in the Management of Sinonasal Disease: An Evidence‐Based Expert Review
ABSTRACT Background Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a prevalent, heterogeneous inflammatory disease associated with significant morbidity. Systemic corticosteroids (SCS) are commonly prescribed for their anti‐inflammatory effects, but cumulative exposure carries risks, including metabolic, cardiovascular, and skeletal complications.

ABSTRACT Ceftazidime/avibactam (CAZ‐AVI) is an important therapeutic option for multidrug‐resistant (MDR) Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections; however, hypersensitivity reactions may preclude its use and create significant therapeutic challenges. We report a 21‐year‐old woman with cystic fibrosis and recurrent MDR P.

Gamma Delta T Cells in Shrimp Allergy Express a Unique Cytotoxic Cytokine Profile
ABSTRACT Shellfish allergy is the most common food allergy in adults and the third most common in children. γδ T cells have been identified as playing a critical role in antigen tolerance in allergic diseases in mouse models. In humans, γδ T cells may play a regulatory role in peanut immunotherapy, and their role in shrimp allergy remains unclear.

ABSTRACT Drug hypersensitivity reactions (DHRs) are a global health concern and remain challenging to investigate owing to the heterogeneity of endotypes and phenotypes, as well as the lack of standardized biomarkers. Until recently, strict drug avoidance was the only management strategy for severe DHRs.

Abstract Children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) often experience sensory sensitivities and procedural anxiety, which can complicate sedated esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). Transnasal endoscopy (TNE) is a less invasive, unsedated alternative, but data on its use in this population are limited.
