Deubiquitination in virus infection
Post-translational modification of proteins and peptides by ubiquitin, a highly evolutionarily conserved 76 residue protein, and ubiquitin-like modifiers has emerged as a major regulatory mechanism in various cellular activities. Eukaryotic viruses are known to modulate protein ubiquitination to their advantage in various ways.

RBM10 deficiency promotes anti‐PD‐1 resistance in lung adenocarcinoma by altering STING alternative splicing, which enhances CCL7 secretion and CCR2‐dependent M2 macrophage polarization. A positive feedback loop via mitochondrial transfer sustains this immunosuppression.

TOLLIP Inhibits Psoriasis Progression via Suppressing PKM2‐Mediated Glycolysis in Keratinocytes
In this study, we identify TOLLIP as a critical regulator of psoriasis pathogenesis through its modulation of glycolytic metabolism. Our findings establish the TOLLIP‐PKM2‐glycolysis axis as a key mechanism linking metabolic reprogramming to psoriasis pathogenesis, and propose TOLLIP as a promising therapeutic target.
