Molecular phylogeny of Dioscorea L. (Dioscoreaceae)

薯蕷屬(Dioscorea)為薯蕷科(Dioscoreaceae)中種類最多且分布最廣泛的一屬,全球約有600種,大多分布在熱帶及亞熱帶地區,以中南美洲為最多,其次為東南亞及非洲,其中有許多重要經濟作物或具有觀賞和藥用價值之類群。本屬植物的外形具有高度變異性,不同分類群常有枝葉特徵變異範圍重疊現象,因而造成分類處理之分歧,實有必要進一步探討研究。本研究藉由葉綠體基因trnL-F、matK、rbcL與atpB-rbcL序列分析建立親緣關係樹狀圖,重新探討臺灣薯蕷屬植物的分類處理,逐一論述各分類群之親緣關係。
