A combination of diosmin, hesperidin, and ruscogenin
Background: Phlebotonics are made of plant extracts and synthetic compounds. Although their mechanism of action is not completely clear, they are associated with an increase in venous tone and decreased capillary permeability. The aim of this paper was to assess the efficacy of Diosmin 500mg, Esperidine 90mg, Ruscogenin 100mg ...

GASTROPROTECTIVE PROPERTIES OF METAPROT AND DIOSMIN
Intragastric administration of acetylsalicylic acid induces development of NSAID-gastropathy in animals. The number of ulcers and the total area of erosive injury in the mucous membrane are studied. Antioxidants/antihypoxants metaprot in a daily dose of 50 mg/kg and diosmin in a daily dose of 100 mg/kg render gastroprotective action.

Learned Conformational Space and Pharmacophore Into Molecular Foundational Model
The Ouroboros model introduces two orthogonal modules within a unified framework that independently learn molecular representations and generate chemical structures. This design enables flexible optimization strategies for each module and faithful structure reconstruction without prompts or noise.
