The Antitumor Effect of DYC-279 on Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma HepG2 Cells
Pharmacology, 2016DYC-279 is a newly synthesized compound. In this study, we revealed that DYC-279 could inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner using the CCK-8 test. FACS showed that DYC-279 induced a G2/M arrest and apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner.
