New mouse model based on adenocarcinoma 4T1 cells expressing HPV16 E6 and E7 applied to assess the efficacy of therapeutic and prophylactic E6/E7-based HPV16 vaccines

open access: yesInfectious Agents and Cancer
Background Development of immunotherapies and vaccines to treat HPV16-associated cancer requires reliable/effective small animal models. We developed such a model based on the murine mammary gland adenocarcinoma cells engineered to express HPV16 ...

Two Hundred Eighty Characters of Environment: Relative Environmental Performance, Strategic Communication, and Firm Value

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Corporate environmental communication has become an essential aspect of modern business practices, as stakeholders increasingly demand transparency and accountability regarding sustainability efforts. Within this context, we examine whether firms use environmental communication on X/Twitter to offset weaker relative environmental performance ...

MmuPV1 E7 promotes phenotypes associated with “high-risk” HPV infection in mouse keratinocytes

open access: yesJournal of Virology
The E7 oncoprotein of mouse papillomavirus (MmuPV1) plays a pivotal role in both viral infection and cancer development. While earlier studies have identified key cellular targets of MmuPV1 E7, such as pRB and PTPN14, the broader impact of MmuPV1 E7 on ...

Antisense RNA directed to the human papillomavirus type 16 E7 mRNA from herpes simplex virus type 1 derived vectors is expressed in CaSki cells and downregulates E7 mRNA

open access: yesVirology Journal, 2007
Background Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is known to be the most important etiologic factor of cervical cancer. There is no HPV specific therapy available for treatment of invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix and its precursor lesions ...

Gen‐AI Is Not an Option for Environment Sustainability‐Enabling of Gen‐AI for Responsible and Green Supply Chains Using a Grey Network Map (GNM)

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Environmental sustainability in supply chains is no longer considered a compliance concern. It has become a strategic capability challenge, as firms seek to use Generative artificial intelligence (Gen‐AI) to improve decision quality, resource efficiency and responsible operations.

Prosumers and Sustainable Market Governance: Development of the Community‐Oriented Marketing Approach Scale

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This research develops and empirically validates the Community‐Oriented Marketing Approach (COMA), a 20‐item multidimensional scale designed to measure prosumer perceptions within participatory market systems. COMA conceptualizes prosumers as active co‐value creators and institutional agents, driving sustainable market governance.

HPV16 E7 modulates the cell surface expression of MET and CD109 via the AP2 complex

open access: yesTumour Virus Research
Multiple cellular pathways are affected by HPV E6 and E7 oncoproteins, including endocytic and cellular trafficking. HPV-16 E7 can target the adaptor protein (AP) complex, which contains proteins important during endocytosis transport.

Unlocking Circular Economy Potentials: Testing the Moderating and Mediating Roles of Cultural Diversity, Technological Innovation, and Digitalization

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Green finance (GF) has emerged as a key policy instrument for advancing the circular economy (CE), yet its impact varies considerably across OECD countries. Existing research has not sufficiently examined how institutional, technological, and cultural contexts shape this relationship.

A Strategy Cycle Nexus for Circular Economy and Industry 4.0 Integration: A Global Expert Perspective

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The adoption of circular economy (CE) practices supported by Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies remains limited, despite their strong potential to enhance sustainable performance (SP). Organizations continue to face practical challenges in identifying effective strategies, enabling technologies, and implementation conditions.

Negative dimensions and E7 symmetry

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 1981
Abstract The invariant length and volume which characterize the Lorentz group are extended to a quadratic and a quartic supersymmetric invariant. The symmetry group of the Grassmann sector can be SO(2), SU(2), SU(2) × SU(2) × SU(2), Sp(6), SU(6), SO(12) or E 7 , which are also possible global symmetries of extended supergravities.
