The association between inflammatory markers in routine blood counts at 1 year and attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD): A case–control study

open access: yesJournal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry, EarlyView.
Background Attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a chronic neurodevelopmental disorder marked by persistent patterns of inattention, disorganization, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. Effects of photobiomodulation therapy on pulmonary inflammation in chronic asthma: Dosimetric study in an experimental model

open access: yesPhotochemistry and Photobiology, EarlyView.
Photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) was evaluated across a radiant energy range (1–7.5 J) in a murine model of chronic ovalbumin‐induced asthma to identify the optimal therapeutic dose. PBMT attenuated airway inflammation and remodelling, suppressed Th2 cytokines, and enhanced regulatory immune responses, highlighting a dose‐dependent immunomodulatory ...

A Case of Slow Progressive Cutaneous Angiomatosis on a Cat Metatarsal Pad Treated by a Topical Beta‐Blocker

open access: yesVeterinary Dermatology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT A 5‐year‐old female cat presented with a purple depressed lesion on a metatarsal pad inducing ulceration and pain. Histopathological results revealed a non‐neoplastic vascular proliferation, a rare condition in cats. Topical beta‐blocker successfully prevented recurrence of ulceration.
