The Uppsala APP Mutation Promotes Wild‐Type Amyloid‐β Aggregation and Deposition In Vivo
We investigated in vivo cross‐seeding of amyloid‐β (Aβ) isoforms in transgenic mice co‐expressing wild‐typeAβ and the Uppsala‐mutant Aβ variant (AβUpp), lacking six central residues. Weleveraged MALDI‐MS imaging and hyperspectral microscopy to follow spatio‐temporalAβ deposition.

Overview of United States coal export terminals. [Includes description of present coal port terminal facilities] [PDF]
Existing coal export ports in the United States are in general not designed to the standards compatible with the current state of the art. The United States has a current coal export capacity in the order of 83 million tons per year. This could be increased to 138 million tons per year through a process of modernization and expansion which would take ...

This study reveals that m6A regulators cooperatively upregulate BGN in melanoma, promoting malignancy. Within the tumor microenvironment, CAFs show highest BGN expression. The BGN/MDK axis mediates cancer‐stroma crosstalk, driving normal fibroblast (NF) activation and enhancing the pro‐tumor effect of CAFs, highlighting a promising therapeutic target ...

Castration‐resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) remains sensitive to ferroptosis, but its intrinsic resistance is poorly understood. Here, we identify NFIB as a master suppressor. SIRT7‐mediated NFIB acetylation drives its liquid–liquid phase separation, which promotes SLC3A2 transcription to inhibit ferroptosis.

Targeting Lactate and Lactylation in Cancer Metabolism and Immunotherapy
Lactate, once deemed a metabolic waste, emerges as a central regulator of cancer progression. This review elucidates how lactate and its epigenetic derivative, protein lactylation, orchestrate tumor metabolism, immune suppression, and therapeutic resistance.

Size‐Modulated Mesoderm‐Endoderm Divergence and Myocardial Cavitation in Micropatterned Cardioids
Micropatterned cardioids, CRISPR‐engineered reporter hiPSCs, deep‐tissue imaging, and single‐cell RNA sequencing are integrated to model mesoderm‐endoderm co‐development. Heart‐foregut crosstalk promotes single large cavitation inside cardioids, resembling early heart chamber formation. ABSTRACT The human heart, originating from the splanchnic mesoderm,
