Zinc Exposure Causes Disulfidptosis to Induce Miscarriage by Up‐Regulating GATA1/METTL1/SLC7A11 Axis
Zn exposure up‐regulates GATA1, promoting GATA1‐mediated METTL1 and SLC7A11 transcription. It also enhances METTL1‐mediated m7G modification on SLC7A11 mRNA, increasing SLC7A11 mRNA stability. Ultimately, Zn exposure up‐regulates SLC7A11 at both transcriptional and post‐transcriptional levels, causing disulfidptosis. Knockdown of murine Slc7a11, Gata1,

ABSTRACT Accumulating evidence suggests that the intestinal microbiota participates in the progression of metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) through microbiota‐host interaction. However, the beneficial role of commensal mycobiota in MASLD progression remains poorly understood.

A 3D In Vitro Model of the Human Hepatobiliary Junction
A 3D human organoid platform reconstructs the hepatobiliary junction between primary adult hepatocytes and intrahepatic cholangiocytes. These adult hepatobiliary organoids (aHBOs) support directional bile transport from canaliculi to ductule‐like structures, enable quantitative imaging of junction dynamics, and reveal cell‐type‐specific vulnerabilities

Unlocking the Potential of Fat in Milk Replacer for Calves
The composition of milk from mammals likely evolved to ensure the survival and the optimal growth of the offspring. In the dairy industry, calves are often fed milk replacer (MR) or a combination of whole milk (WM) and MR.

Evaluation of Cocoa Bean Hulls as a Fat Replacer On Functional Cake Production
The effects of raw and leached cocoa bean hulls were investigated as a fat replacer in pound cakes. This substitution was applied for raw (RCBH) and leached (LCBH) grinded cacao bean hulls/oil in the ratios of 30/70 (30%), 40/60 (40%) and 50/50 (50 ...

A genome‐wide microRNA CRISPR screen identifies miR‐18a as a master regulator of cross‐resistance in melanoma. Loss of miR‐18a activates the AJUBA–YAP/Hippo axis to confer BRAFi resistance and enhances THBS1–CD47 interaction to impair CD8+ T cell immunity. hnRNP A1 is identified as an upstream regulator of miR‐18a processing.
