Bandung Conference Series: PharmacyAbstract. This study aimed to determine the total phenol content of Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni.) Bertoni leaf extract using solvents with varying degrees of polarity: n-hexane (nonpolar), ethyl acetate (semi-polar), and methanol (polar). Extraction was carried out in stages using the reflux method.
