Serum galectins as potential biomarkers of inflammatory bowel diseases
The inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), which include mainly Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), are common chronic inflammatory conditions of the digestive system. The diagnosis of IBD relies on the use of a combination of factors including

Galectin-2, Galectins-5 and -9, and Galectins-4 and -6.

Synthetic Nanobiology Actuated Lipometabolic Cell Factory for Autologous Tumor Immunotherapy
FA plays a crucial role in the interaction between tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment, especially for the immune response. A biocatalytic immunoenhancement strategy is developed to boost antitumor immunity by FA metabolic orientation to ceramide. Through the design of this delicate catalytic immunoenhancement strategy, the synthetic nanobiology

IL‐15‐engineered stem cell–NK cell complexes, assembled via bioorthogonal chemistry, enable effective lung cancer immunotherapy. Abstract Natural killer (NK) cells represent a powerful immunotherapeutic strategy due to their intrinsic cytotoxicity and ability to target tumor cells independently of antigen presentation.

The glycosyltransferase GALNT10 facilitates ovarian cancer metastasis through the induction of tumor cell EMT and tumor vascular dysfunction. GALNT10 enhanced the extracellular secretion of IGFBP7 through O‐GalNAc glycosylation modification at the T188 site, which subsequently interacts with CD93 on endothelial cells, leading to vascular remodeling ...

Galectins as Molecular Targets for Therapeutic Intervention
Galectins are a family of small, highly conserved, molecular effectors that mediate various biological processes, including chemotaxis and angiogenesis, and that function by interacting with various cell surface glycoconjugates, usually targeting β ...
