Comparative cell uptake study of FITC-/177Lu-labeled RM26 monomer, dimer and trimer on PC-3: improving binding affinity of gastrin releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) antagonist via bivalency/trivalency

Journal of Radioanalytical and Nuclear Chemistry, 2019
The gastrin releasing peptide receptors (GRPRs) overexpress in various tumors, which provided the opportunity for GRPR targeted tumor radiological diagnosis and therapy. In recent reports, the GPPR antagonists presented superior specific targeting affinity over the agonists.

Radiochemical investigations of 177Lu‐DOTA‐8‐Aoc‐BBN[7‐14]NH2: A new gastrin releasing peptide receptor (GRPr) targeting radiopharma ceutical

Journal of Labelled Compounds and Radiopharmaceuticals, 2001
AbstractThe new conjugate, 177Lu‐DOTA‐8‐Aoc‐BBN[7–14]NH2, was prepared in high yield (≥95%) upon addition of 177LuCl3 to an aqueous solution (Ammonium Acetate) of DOTA‐8‐Aoc‐BBN[7–14]NH2. The 177Lu‐DOTA‐8‐Aoc‐BBN[7–14]NH2‐conjugate is stable over a wide range of pHs and does not undergo in vitro decomposition for ≤24h.

Abstract CT290: Trial in progress: Evaluation of the safety, tolerability, whole-body distribution, radiation dosimetry and antitumor activity of 177Lu-NeoB in patients with advanced solid tumors expressing gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR)

Cancer Research
Abstract Introduction: Many common cancers such as breast, lung, and prostate, plus several less common malignancies such as gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and glioblastoma (GBM) express or are associated with the Gastrin-Releasing Peptide Receptor (GRPR).

NeoRay phase IIa results: A study of [ 177 Lu]Lu-NeoB ( 177 Lu-NeoB) in pts with advanced solid tumors overexpressing gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR).

Journal of Clinical Oncology
3095 Background: GRPR is overexpressed in many solid tumors. NeoB binds to GRPR with high affinity and can be radiolabeled for theranostics. NeoRay is the first-in-human study of 177 Lu-NeoB in pts with advanced ...
