Ecosystem Orchestration Work in the Digital Transformation of Ecosystems

open access: yesR&D Management, Volume 56, Issue 2, Page 363-384, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Developing the right structure of interdependence is crucial to determining orchestrators' success in digitally transforming ecosystems and deepening value creation. Although firms' digitally transforming ecosystems represent a recent yet fast‐growing phenomenon, the current literature offers limited theoretical insights and empirical guidance

Seasonal Variation of the Effects of Phylogenetic Relatedness and Functional Similarity Among Heterospecific Neighbors and Habitat on Seedling Survival in a Subtropical Forest in Gaoligong Mountains, Southwest China

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 16, Issue 2, February 2026.
Based on seedling dynamic data from a subtropic forest in Southwest China, we found phylogenetic negative density dependence (PNDD) and functional negative density dependence (FNDD) on seedling survival in the rainy season, but not in the dry season.

Performance Implications of Divergent Shell Size Preferences and Exoskeleton Mass of Two Closely Related Hermit Crabs

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 16, Issue 2, February 2026.
Two co‐occurring species of hermit crabs use very different shell sizes, one species using shells that are too small to accommodate all the carapace or claws. The two crab species were found to have diverged in their adaptations to their environment: one species adopting a suite of traits, including the use of large shells, that enhance protection from

Combined Antithrombin and Heparin Supplementation to Blood for Restoring Heparin Responsiveness After Andexanet Alfa Exposure: An In Vitro Model

open access: yeseJHaem, Volume 7, Issue 1, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Background: Andexanet alfa, a Gla‐domainless mutant factor Xa (GDXa), reverses oral FXa inhibitors but can cause severe heparin resistance during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Antithrombin (AT) supplementation may mitigate this effect, though dosing evidence is limited. Methods We evaluated in vitro the effectiveness of combined heparin and AT
