The current study findings endorse the AM/PM‐FR (feeding a high protein, amino acids and phosphorus and low Ca diet in the morning on the contrary in the afternoon) as a favourable practice for egg producers, providing a cost‐efficient and resource‐effective approach to layer production.

EFFECTS OF HOUSING SYSTEMS ON PRODUCTIVE PERFORMANCE OF COMMERCIAL LAYERS FOLLOWING INDUCED MOLTING BY ALUMINIUM OXIDE SUPPLEMENTATION [PDF]
The project was carried out to compare the performance of molted layers by aluminium oxide supplementation in cages and on litter floor system. Seventy two Single Comb White Leghorn commercial layers (60 weeks old) were divided into six experimental ...

Hens fed diets with digestible Met + Cys levels equal to (0.742% of diet) or exceeding the strain recommendation (0.929%) exhibited higher egg production compared to 0.555% Met + Cys level. Approximately 0.929% dietary level of digestible Met + Cys enhanced egg mass, egg weight and daily feed intake, and improved feed conversion ratio.

QUALITY OF QUAIL EGGS AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF STORAGE
A trial was conducted to evaluate quality of quail eggs from two companies (A and B) at two storage times (5 and 15 days after packing). A total of 480 eggs were kept at room temperature and distributed in a completely randomized design in 2x2factorial ...

Increasing the level of digestible sulphur‐containing amino acids in the diet of older laying hens increased egg weight, but increasing the level of digestible lysine did not have a significant effect on this index. ABSTRACT Background Most laying hen diets are based on corn–soybean meal, in which methionine and lysine are limiting amino acids ...

COMPARATIVE PRODUCTIVE PERFORMANCE AND EGG CHARACTERISTICS OF PULLETS AND SPENT LAYERS [PDF]
Production performance and egg quality characteristics of pullets and spent layers were compared in this study. Forty birds, each from the flocks of pullets (24 weeks old) and spent layers (76 weeks old) were selected as experimental birds.

Dietary Effects of Moringa oleifera on Table Egg Parameters of Hybrid Layers
ABSTRACT The study aimed to determine the effects of Moringa oleifera powder (MOP) on the production performance and egg quality of Hyline hens. A total of 48 twenty‐six‐week‐old Hyline commercial hens were randomly allocated to two treatments of 24 birds each, housed in six cages in a completely randomized design with cage as the experimental unit (n =
