Mechanistic assays show that SXZ promotes glutathione metabolism and inhibits ferroptosis via p53/SLC7A11/GPX4 and Keap1/Nrf2/HO‐1 pathways. SXZ is a novel neuroprotective agent against age‐related cognitive decline.
