Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers. We propose SLFN5, SLFN11, and OAS1 as UC‐specific response predictors. We suggest Talazoparib as the better PARP inhibitor for UC than Olaparib.

Improved formulations for higher order absorbingboundary conditions
Electronics Letters, 1997 New formulations for higher order ABCs are introduced. Third and fourth order ABCs are reduced to first and second order derivatives with each one having one additional integral term. Considerable reductions in computer storage and computational time are achieved.
