Advanced Materials, Volume 37, Issue 15, April 16, 2025.Biological nanopores are highly promising tools for single‐molecule biosensors, but the fragile supporting lipid membranes is a major bottleneck. An alternative hybrid membrane is presented, comprising phospholipids and block co‐polymers, that can be functionalized by a broad variety of nanopores for single‐molecule sensing.
