Tumor-Specific CircRNA-Derived Antigen Peptide Identification for Hepatobiliary Tumors

open access: yesEngineering, 2023
The application of tumor antigen-based immunotherapy is hindered by the rarity of validated immunogenic peptides. In this study, we aimed to investigate the potential of circular RNAs (circRNAs) as a novel source of tumor antigen peptides in ...

The Immunological Epigenetic Landscape of the Human Life Trajectory

open access: yesBiomedicines, 2022
Adaptive immunity changes over an individual’s lifetime, maturing by adulthood and diminishing with old age. Epigenetic mechanisms involving DNA and histone methylation form the molecular basis of immunological memory during lymphocyte development ...

Single‐Cell Transcriptomic Analysis of Tumor Heterogeneity and the Microenvironment in Pseudomyxoma Peritonei

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a single‐cell atlas of pseudomyxoma peritonei spanning primary and paired metastatic lesions. Distinct epithelial substates, stromal remodeling, immune exclusion, lipid metabolic reprogramming, and a candidate angiogenic network were identified in metastatic lesions.
