Challenges in the Discovery of Indoleamine 2,3-Dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) Inhibitors
Since the discovery of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) as an attractive target for anticancer therapy in 2003, the search for inhibitors has been intensely pursued both in academia and in pharmaceutical companies. Many novel IDO1 inhibitor scaffolds

Melaleuca alternifolia oil demonstrated significant anti‐arthritic effects in CFA‐induced rats by reducing paw edema, PGE2 levels, and inflammatory biomarkers. It improved hematological and histopathological parameters, modulated cytokine expression, and showed promising phytochemical‐target interactions through GC–MS, network pharmacology, and ...

ABSTRACT FLT3‐ITD occurs in approximately 20%–25% of cases of adult AML and is associated with increased relapse risk and shorter survival. FLT3‐ITD status informs AML risk at diagnosis, but its dynamic changes during disease evolution are not well defined.

Unveiling the Role of Tryptophan 2,3-Dioxygenase in the Angiogenic Process
Background: Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO1) and tryptophan-2,3-dioxygenase (TDO) are the two principals enzymes involved in the catabolization of tryptophan (Trp) into kynurenine (Kyn).

Molecular Functions and Drug Prediction of MMP1 and TGFBR2 in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
MMP1 and TGFBR2 were validated by machine learning and external datasets as the candidate genes. Dexamethasone showed strong binding affinity to MMP1 (−7.72 kcal/mol) and TGFBR2 (−7.27 kcal/mol) in docking studies. Knockdown of MMP1 repressed the malignant phenotypes of NPC cells.
