Systemic Treatment and Outcome in Erythrodermic Psoriasis: A Retrospective Multicenter Study
This multicentre real‐world study illustrates the heterogeneity of systemic treatment approaches in erythrodermic psoriasis (EP) in Bavaria, Germany. Adverse events were more frequently observed with conventional therapies, whereas biologic therapies showed favorable outcomes.

Construction of IL12-SS1 (Fv) fusion protein.
(A) The map of the baculovirus expression vector. IL12-SS1 (Fv) was inserted at the recombination sites attB1 and attB2 using the gateway cloning system. (B) Cloning strategy and schematic representation of the IL12-SS1 (Fv) fusion protein. The IL12-SS1 (

Risk of cancer in psoriasis patients treated with biologic therapy: A BADBIR cohort study
No evidence of an increased risk of incident cancer or KC was observed with biologic versus non‐biologic systemic therapies or across the biologic classes evaluated. Abstract Background There are concerns that biologic therapies for psoriasis may increase cancer risk. Objectives To compare risks of (i) incident cancer excluding keratinocyte carcinomas (

Induction of Wnt-inducible signaling protein-1 correlates with invasive breast cancer oncogenesis and reduced type 1 cell-mediated cytotoxic immunity: a retrospective study. [PDF]
Innate and type 1 cell-mediated cytotoxic immunity function as important extracellular control mechanisms that maintain cellular homeostasis. Interleukin-12 (IL12) is an important cytokine that links innate immunity with type 1 cell-mediated cytotoxic ...

Factors influencing the effectiveness of surgical therapy of peri‐implantitis
Abstract Background Surgical therapy is required in the majority of peri‐implantitis cases due to the inconsistent efficacy of non‐surgical approaches. Although surgical treatment generally offers higher predictability, reported success rates vary widely.
