HUCMSC‐Apo‐mvs enhance peripheral nerve repair by modulating the inflammatory microenvironment (IME), primarily through coordinated actions on three functional cells. They recruit macrophages and promote their polarization from pro‐inflammatory M1 to anti‐inflammatory M2 phenotypes, increasing secretion of IL‐10 and VEGF.

The Fc fragment-induced enhancement of the anti-SRBC response was found to be dependent upon the presence of functional macrophages. Fc fragments derived from human immunoglobulin were unable to enhance either the in vivo or in vitro anti-SRBC response ...

Macrophages Mediate Mesoscale Brain Mechanical Homeostasis
We investigated the role of infiltrating immune cells in sculpting the developing brain. Using Brillouin microscopy and active microrheology, we found microglia actively maintain tissue viscoelasticity. Moreover, colony stimulating factor one receptor (CSF1R)‐driven stromal remodeling alters brain mechanics in vivo. These findings link immune activity,

This study characterizes a camelid antibody (B10) with potent neutralizing activity against SARS‐CoV‐2 Wildtype and Omicron variants. Through binding assays, epitope mapping, pseudovirus neutralization, and AI‐driven modeling, the antibody is shown to target conserved RBD regions in a closed Spike conformation.

Hierarchical Formation of Disulfide Bonds in the Immunoglobulin Fc Fragment Is Assisted by Protein-disulfide Isomerase [PDF]
Antibodies provide an excellent system to study the folding and assembly of all beta-sheet proteins and to elucidate the hierarchy of intra/inter chain disulfide bonds formation during the folding process of multimeric and multidomain proteins. Here, the folding process of the Fc fragment of the heavy chain of the antibody MAK33 was investigated.

Predicting Immunotherapy Outcomes in NSCLC Using RNA and Pathology from Multicenter Clinical Trials
LIRA, a machine learning‐based model, is developed using transcriptomic data from 891 NSCLC patients in the OAK and POPLAR cohorts. Its predictive performance is validated in multiple external cohorts. Patients stratified by LIRA‐score exhibit distinct clinical characteristics and tumor microenvironment profiles.
