B型肝炎ウイルスの院内感染予防を目的として医療従事者1,736名を対象に,人血漿由来HBワクチン(PHB vaccine)と遺伝子組替え酵母由来HBワクチン(YHB vaccine)の2種のワクチン接種を行い,その成績を比較した.併せてPHBワクチン接種群の抗体価の推移,および無反応例について細胞性免疫能を検討した.HBs抗体陽転率および獲得抗体価の対比では,PHBワクチン接種群の抗体陽転率は86%に留まったが,獲得抗体価は平均CI 97, (RIA法)であったのに対して,YHBワクチン接種群の陽転率は99%と高率であったが,獲得抗体価は平均CI 39, (RIA法)と低値であった.PHBワクチン接種群203例の抗体価の推移ほ9ヵ月後に平均55%の低下率を示した ...
