Non-invasive assessment of murine PD-L1 levels in syngeneic tumor models by nuclear imaging with nanobody tracers [PDF]
Blockade of the inhibitory PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint axis is a promising cancer treatment. Nonetheless, a significant number of patients and malignancies do not respond to this therapy.

In Vivo Radionuclide Generators for Diagnostics and Therapy [PDF]
In vivo radionuclide generators make complex combinations of physical and chemical properties available for medical diagnostics and therapy. Perhaps the best-known in vivo generator is 212Pb/212Bi, which takes advantage of the extended half-life of 212Pb

Tissue Factor‐Targeted ImmunoPET Imaging and Radioimmunotherapy of Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer
Anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC) is the most aggressive subtype of thyroid cancers with a dismal prognosis. It is aimed to explore a new biomarker and devise a marker‐dependent theranostic pair for ATC.

Response Monitoring with [18F]FLT PET and Diffusion-Weighted MRI After Cytotoxic 5-FU Treatment in an Experimental Rat Model for Colorectal Liver Metastases. [PDF]
PURPOSE: The aim of the study was to investigate the potential of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DW-MRI) and 3'-dexoy-3'-[(¹⁸)F]fluorothymidine ([(¹⁸)F]FLT) positron emission tomography (PET) as early biomarkers of treatment response of 5-

ImmunoPET Imaging of CD146 Expression in Malignant Brain Tumors [PDF]
Recently, the overexpression of CD146 and its potential as a therapeutic target in high-grade gliomas, the most lethal type of brain cancer, was uncovered. In this study, we describe the generation of (89)Zr-Df-YY146, a novel (89)Zr-labeled monoclonal antibody (mAb) for the targeting and quantification of CD146 expression in a mouse model of ...

Analysis of the relationship between end-to-end distance and activity of single-chain antibody against colorectal carcinoma [PDF]
We investigated the relationship of End-to-end distance between VH and VL with different peptide linkers and the activity of single-chain antibodies by computer-aided simulation.

ImmunoPET of CD146 in a Murine Hindlimb Ischemia Model [PDF]
Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) consists of a persistent obstruction of lower-extremity arteries further from the aortic bifurcation attributable to atherosclerosis. PAD is correlated with an elevated risk of morbidity and mortality as well as of deterioration of the quality of life with claudication and chronic leg ischemia being the most frequent ...

Single cell imaging of Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase using an irreversible inhibitor [PDF]
A number of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitors are currently in development, yet it has been difficult to visualize BTK expression and pharmacological inhibition in vivo in real time.

PET Imaging of Cardiac Inflammation in Viral Myocarditis Using a DPP4‐Targeted Probe
This study describes a DPP4‐targeted PET probe for imaging myocardial inflammation by selectively targeting activated immune cells. Derived from the clinically approved small‐molecule inhibitor linagliptin, the probe demonstrates favorable biodistribution with specific cardiac uptake in myocarditis.
