Cyclohexylamine mutagenicity: An in vivo evaluation utilizing fetal lambs
Mutation Research, 1974Summary The in vivo effects of cyclohexylamine (CHA) upon the segregation apparatus and chromosome morphology of mitogenically capable lymphocytes obtained from the peripheral circulating blood tissue of living fetal lambs in utero were evaluated. CHA proved to be a clastogen in vivo .

Mutagenic potential of temozolomide in bone marrow cells in vivo
Blood, 2006Therapy-related myeloid leukemias (t-MLs) occur in as many as 5% to 10% of patients who are otherwise cured of a primary neoplasm with aggressive multimodal regimens. Many patients with t-MLs or therapy-related myelodysplastic syndrome (t-MDS) have previously received chemotherapeutic agents ...

Evaluation of the mutagenicity of a-dihydroergocryptine in vitro and in vivo.
Arzneimittel-Forschung, 1994The mutagenic potential of the ergot alkaloid a-dihydroergocryptine (a-DEC, CAS 14271-05-7) was assessed in a series of 5 assays designed to measure gene mutation, chromosomal damage and primary DNA damage. All tests were carried out in accordance with appropriate EEC and OECD Guidelines.
