Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

We investigated the toxicity of 12 active compounds commonly found in herbal weight loss supplements (WLS) using human liver and colon cell models. Epigallocatechin‐3‐gallate was the only compound showing significant toxicity. Metabolic profiling revealed protein degradation, disrupted energy and lipid metabolism suggesting that the inclusion of EGCG ...

Inclusion Complexes of Terfenadine-Cyclodextrins
Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy, 1995Terfenadine, a poorly soluble, H1-antihistamine was solubilised using B-cyclodextrin and its derivatives. A molar ratio of 1:1 of the drug and cyclodextrin was prepared by the kneading method. The inclusion complex was characterised and evaluated by Differential Scanning Calorimetry & X-ray Diffractometry.

Zeolites provide the largest and most useful family of porous host crystals, stable in the presence or absence of guest molecules. An account is given of their structural characteristics in terms of intracrystalline channels and cavities of molecular dimensions; their total intracrystalline pore volumes; and the intracrystalline distribution patterns ...
