Lnc‐TPT1‐AS1/CBP/ATIC Axis Mediated Purine Metabolism Activation Promotes Breast Cancer Progression
Overexpression of TPT1‐AS1 could suppress the malignant phenotype and purine synthesis activation of breast cancer through competitive interaction with CBP, subsequently reducing the promoter H3K27ac signal and transcription of ATIC. Therefore, targeting the TPT1‐AS1/CBP/ATIC axis may provide a useful strategy for the treatment of patients with breast ...

Cutting‐Edge Advancements in the Antibiotics‐Gut Microbiota‐Urinary Tumour Axis
Gut microbiota regulates urological tumors. Antibiotics induce dysbiosis, altering tumor progression/therapy: reducing carcinogen metabolism but impairing immunity. Specific bacteria enhance immune responses and combat endocrine resistance. Future research should unravel microbiota‐cancer links and develop microbiome‐targeted therapies to optimize ...

The in vivo codon decoding preferences of tRNAs with an authentic adenosine residue at position 34 of the anticodon, the wobble position, are largely unexplored because very few unmodified A34 tRNA genes exist across the three domains of life.

IMPDH2's Central Role in Cellular Growth and Diseases: A Potential Therapeutic Target
IMPDH2 is a rate‐limiting enzyme in guanine nucleotide biosynthesis. It plays diverse roles in various physiological and pathological processes: nucleotide metabolism, inflammation, immune function, ribosomal stress. Structural or regulatory alterations in IMPDH2 are linked to significant health issues, and critical relevance in disease progression. We

GLS1‐mediated glutaminolysis supports GSH synthesis in cancer cells. GLS1 KO increases ROS, downregulates GPX4, and upregulates GPX1, making cells more sensitive to ferroptosis. Combining GLS1 or GPX1 inhibitors with a GPX4 inhibitor synergistically suppresses cancer growth.
