Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Linear Space-Time Interference Alignment for $K$ -User MIMO Interference Channels

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2018
Interference is believed to be the most significant bottleneck for the next-generation wireless networks to achieve high throughout. Interference alignment (IA), as a novel interference management scheme to break through the traditional interference ...

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Collectivity from interference

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2017
In hadronic collisions, interference between different production channels affects momentum distributions of multi-particle final states. As this QCD interference does not depend on the strong coupling constant α s , it is part of the no-interaction ...

Mass spectrometry based identification of AMP‐O‐Tris generated by Thermococcus onnurineus Cas10

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Isolated Thermococcus onnurineus Cas10 generates the noncanonical ATP‐derived product AMP‐O‐Tris while in Tris‐containing buffer as identified via mass spectrometry, revealing relaxed nucleophile selectivity under isolated conditions. These findings suggest that multiprotein Csm complex assembly restricts Cas10 reactivity toward canonical cyclic ...

Suppression of lung adenocarcinoma migration through organelle alkalization by human lactoferrin – albumin fusion

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

Robust interference alignment algorithm for cognitive MIMO interference network

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2016
A robust interference alignment algorithm was proposed for underlay cognitive MIMO interference network with imperfect channel-state information (CSI).Firstly, imperfect CSI was characterized by Euclidean ball-shaped uncer-tainty,based on which the ...

Detecting treatment interference under K-nearest-neighbors interference

open access: yesJournal of Causal Inference
We propose a model of treatment interference where the response of a unit depends only on its treatment status and the statuses of units within its K-neighborhood.

Interference Alignment in Multi-Hop Cognitive Radio Networks under Interference Leakage

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2018
In this work, we examine the interference alignment (IA) performance of a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) multi-hop cognitive radio (CR) network in the presence of multiple primary users.
