NMR assignments of the human cytokine interleukin-33
Biomolecular NMR Assignments, 2009We report near complete NMR backbone and side chain assignments of the human cytokine interleukin-33 (IL-33) in solution. IL-33 is the latest addition to the family of interleukin-1 homologous cytokines and was shown to be involved in inflammation and autoimmune diseases.

Interleukin‐33 polymorphisms and serum concentrations in mycosis fungoides
International Journal of Dermatology, 2019AbstractBackgroundMycosis fungoides (MF) skin lesions are characterized by low‐grade inflammation, which may be sustained by proinflammatory cytokines as probably interleukin‐33 (IL‐33). We compared serum concentrations of IL‐33 and its receptor ST2 and the frequency of selected IL‐33 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) between patients with MF and ...

Interleukin-33: A new frontier in cancer immunotherapy
Interleukin (IL)-33 is a member of the IL-1 cytokine family that is involved in critical physiological functions. IL-33 is constitutively expressed in the nucleus of many cell types and participates in gene regulation. However, during inflammation, IL-33 is released by cells to promote an immune response and favor tissue repair. Often referred to as anKaur, Amrita +9 more
