Mutational analysis of the alpha subunit of the human interleukin-3 receptor [PDF]
Abstract The alpha subunit of the human interleukin-3 receptor (IL-3R alpha) is a 70-kD glycoprotein member of the hematopoietin receptor superfamily. This protein associates with a beta subunit common to the receptors for IL-5 and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) to form a high-affinity receptor for IL-3.

The murine interleukin-3 receptor alpha subunit gene: chromosomal localization, genomic structure, and promoter function [PDF]
The interleukin-3 receptor (IL-3R) is composed of alpha and beta subunits, members of the class I cytokine receptor family. Here we describe isolation and characterization of the chromosomal gene for the mouse IL-3R alpha subunit (mIL-3R alpha). Whereas the human IL-3R alpha gene is tightly linked with the granulocyte-macrophage colony- stimulating ...

An analysis of the cytokine profile of platelet-rich plasma when combined in vitro with low versus high molecular weight hyaluronic acid [PDF]
Aims: Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and hyaluronic acid (HA) are nonoperative treatments for osteoarthritis (OA) of large joints. Clinically, some endorse the use of both methods together for a theoretical synergistic effect therapeutically, with limited ...

Summary: Impaired β cell function is a hallmark of type 2 diabetes (T2D), but the underlying cellular signaling machineries that regulate β cell function remain unknown. Here, we identify that the interleukin-22 receptor subunit alpha 1 (IL-22RA1), known

Stapokibart (CM310) in Atopic Dermatitis: A Narrative Review of a Next-Generation IL-4Rα Antagonist [PDF]
Introduction: The interleukin (IL)-4/IL-13 signaling pathway is central to the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis (AD). Stapokibart (CM310) is a novel humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the IL-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) subunit.

Transcriptomic patterns in early-secretory and mid-secretory endometrium in a natural menstrual cycle immediately before fertilization and embryo transfer [PDF]
Objective This study aimed to evaluate the endometrial transcriptomic patterns in the early secretory phase (ESP) and mid-secretory phase (MSP) of the natural menstrual cycle before in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET).

Impaired interleukin‐3 (IL‐3) response of the A/J mouse is caused by a branch point deletion in the IL‐3 receptor alpha subunit gene. [PDF]
Interleukin-3 (IL-3) alone does not support hematopoietic colony formation of bone marrow cells from the A/J mouse. To elucidate the molecular lesion in A/J mice, we examined expression of the alpha and beta subunits of the IL-3 receptor (IL-3R). While IL-3R beta was normally expressed, IL-3R alpha was not detectable on the surface of A/J-derived cells
