The regulation of stem cell fate and its application in neural regeneration
Regulating stem cell fate is crucial for neural regeneration. This review summarizes key physical, biological, and chemical strategies and their applications in repairing nerve injuries, providing new insights for regenerative medicine. Abstract Regulating the fate of stem cells (SCs) is a key technical problem in the field of regenerative medicine and

Core‐sheath fiber membrane produced by coaxial electrospinning contains calcium peroxide providing oxygen for pancreatic islets in a hypoxic environment, resulting in enhanced cell viability. Catalase enzyme was embedded in the fiber sheath, significantly reducing production of cytotoxic hydrogen peroxide while increasing release of oxygen.

Natural Product‐Derived Vesicles in Nanotherapeutics
Natural product‐derived vesicles (NPVs) are an emerging nature‐based nanotherapeutic that can deliver bioactive metabolites into the target site and induce beneficial mechanisms. A practical, chronological bench‐to‐bedside approach throughout the entire NPV development process is expected to resolve challenges encountered in NPV studies.

In this study, we investigated the effect of a strategy combining stromal vascular fraction (SVF) autograft with treadmill training after a spinal cord injury in rats. SVF injection was performed within the 4 h post‐injury. Analysis was performed using behavior tests (BBB and ladder climbing tests), gait analysis on a walking corridor, and ...

Role of Tertiary Lymphoid Structures in Autoimmune Diseases and Cancer
Schematic overview of tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs): The development process, detection, and the immune function that depends on the environment in different disease contexts of TLS. TLSs originate from loose lymphoid aggregates that acquire ordered follicular architecture to become primary follicular‐like TLS, before maturing into ...

When Fat Goes Astray: Your Liver and Pancreas Get Into Trouble
Metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and intrapancreatic fat deposition (IPFD) are both common manifestations of ectopic fat accumulation. Although they share multiple risk factors, they also show notable differences in pathological features, standardization of diagnosis, and research maturity.
