Aggregate, EarlyView.Ethynylferrocene (EFc) was utilized to engineer molecular‐like gold nanoclusters (NCs) with accessibly catalytic centers, resulting in NCs exhibiting excellent peroxidase‐like activity and the ability to radiosensitize, leading to the production of intracellular oxidative stress and activation of pyroptosis.
