Influence of different extraction methods on the quality of Juglans sigillata oil and its extraction process optimization

open access: yesZhongguo youzhi

Anti‐Inflammatory Effect of an Apigenin‐Maillard Reaction Product in Macrophages and Macrophage‐Endothelial Cocultures

open access: yesOxidative Medicine and Cellular Longevity, Volume 2019, Issue 1, 2019., 2019
Chronic inflammation is involved in the progression of various diseases, while dietary flavonoids are reported to possess antioxidative and anti‐inflammatory properties against age‐related diseases. Previously, an apigenin‐Maillard reaction product, dimethylglyoxal apigenin (DMA), was identified by us and demonstrated to be antioxidative. In this study,

Ancient gene introgression promotes biodiversity of Nymphaea nouchali in Hainan under environmental changes

open access: yesBiological Diversity, Volume 1, Issue 3-4, Page 165-179, December 2024.
The genomic genotypes of N. lotus were infiltrated into N. nouchali tens of thousands of years ago unraveling the evolutionary mystery between N. nouchali and N. lotus. Abstract Hybridization is common in the plant kingdom. Under the influence of global climate change, an increasing number of hybrid species have experienced significant shifts from the ...
