, 2012 目的：一過性の下痢・嘔吐を主症状とする食中毒疑い事例が発生し、調査の結果若干の知見を得たので報告する。方法：通常の食中毒を疑う事案の調査と同様に、患者症状、喫食状況、病因物質等についての調査を実施した。結果：既知の病原物質は検出されなかった。しかし疫学調査の結果、ヒラメの刺身が原因食品として疑われた。また、ヒラメの刺身の提供状況と発症状況に関連があることが示唆された。結論：病原物質が検出されない有症苦情事例の調査においては、疫学的調査がより重要となる。調査対象者の記憶に頼る部分も多く ...
