Effect of Kumi-binro-to on Chronic Headache.
Kampo Medicine, 2002 他の漢方製剤で無効ないし有効性の低かった慢性頭痛患者20例に対して, 九味檳榔湯エキス製剤 (コタロー) を使用し, その効果について検討した。観察項目として, 虚実の判定, 気滞の有無, 水毒の有無のほか本剤の特徴的所見とされる腓腹筋握痛の有無を投与開始時に観察した。また九味檳榔湯投与後の有効度は, ペインスコアにて投与2週間後に評価した。結果は, 著効5例, 有効11例, 無効4例で, 著効・有効をあわせて8割となった。副作用は認められなかった。著効および有効と判定された16例の特徴を評価項目別に検討すると, 水毒の症状がみられたものが16例中13例, 気滞の症状がみられたものが16例中14例と多かった。九味檳榔湯の投与目標の―つとされる腓腹筋の圧痛 (握痛) は1例のみであった。以上より ...
