Generic coarse geometry of leaves [PDF]
A compact Polish foliated space is considered. Part of this work studies coarsely quasi-isometric invariants of leaves in some residual saturated subset when the foliated space is transitive. In fact, we also use "equi-" versions of this kind of invariants, which means that the definition is satisfied with the same constants by some given set of leaves.

In papers published in this and other journals during the last few years (ARBER I-IO) I have dealt with the results of the application of the phyllode theory to the leaves of various groups of monocotyledons. The present paper discusses, from this standpoint, the leaf structure of the families associated by ENGLER (II) in the cohort Farinosae ...

Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a possibility for different applications in early and late stage breast cancer management. In early breast cancer tumor informed approaches are increasingly used for detecting molecular residual disease (MRD) and early recurrence. In advanced stage, ctDNA provides a possibility for monitoring disease progression and

Singular Riemannian Foliations: Exceptional Leaves; Tautness [PDF]
For a singular Riemannian foliation whose leaves are properly embedded, we show in the first part of this article the existence of global tubular neighbourhoods, and we develop a global description of the foliation as stratification by types of leaves.

In this explorative biomarker analysis, we assessed serial sampling of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) with CellSearch in two randomized trials testing immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in metastatic breast cancer. Our data demonstrate a prognostic potential of CTCs, most apparent 4 weeks into ICI therapy.

Does Leaf Position within a Canopy Affect Acclimation of Photosynthesis to Elevated CO2? . Analysis of a Wheat Crop under Free-Air CO2 Enrichment [PDF]
Previous studies of photosynthetic acclimation to elevated CO2 have focused on the most recently expanded, sunlit leaves in the canopy. We examined acclimation in a vertical profile of leaves through a canopy of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). The crop was

ISOLATION OF ANTIOXIDANT COMPOUNDS OF METHANOL EXTRACT OF NUTMEG LEAVES (Myristica fragrans Houtt)
The antioxidant activity from methanol extract of nutmeg leaves (Myristica fragrans Houtt) was performed using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazil (DPPH). Antioxidant assay using DPPH of the methanol extract at a concentration of 25 ppm, 50 ppm and 100 ppm ...
