Lemuru fish oil (LFO) can be used as an energy source in poultry diet which contains unsaturated fatty acids. Unsaturated fatty acids are easily oxidized thus require protection. Vitamin E and Selenium (Se) are antioxidants that can protect fatty acids from oxidation.
