Making Sweat Measurable: Induction, Sampling, and Refreshment in Wearable Biofluid Sensing
Wearable sweat sensing relies not only on chemical detection but also on controlled biofluid management. This Review integrates sweat physiology, induction strategies, and microfluidic sampling architectures, demonstrating how flux, transport, and refreshment shape measurement reliability.

Pseudorabies virus (PRV), an emerging zoonotic α‐herpesvirus, causes life‐threatening human encephalitis. We identified a broad‐spectrum neutralizing antibody 6F7 targeting PRV gD. It blocks gD‐Nectin‐1 binding and membrane fusion, inhibiting replication across all PRV variants, representing a promising candidate for anti‐PRV therapy.

Lipophilicity in drug discovery.
IMPORTANCE OF THE FIELD: The role of lipophilicity in determining the overall quality of candidate drug molecules is of paramount importance. Recent developments suggest that, as well as determining pre-clinical ADMET (absorption, distribution ...

Molecular lipophilicity was studied using salicylamide as a model drug. Log P value for the target compound was experimentally determined by the shake-flask method and calculated using nine different computer programs based on atom/fragment contributions, structural parameters, atom-type electrotopological-state indices and neural network modeling, or ...

Lessons From Drug Discovery for Cryoprotective Agent Design: An AI‐Oriented Perspective
Cryoprotectant design is reframed through the lens of drug discovery as a multiparameter optimization problem. This perspective highlights how AI and systematic design strategies could enable safer, more effective cryoprotectants, while identifying key limitations that currently constrain predictive progress in cryobiology. ABSTRACT Cryopreservation is

Lipophilicity of Aminopyridazinone Regioisomers
Ten pairs of pyridazinone regioisomers were prepared, and their lipophilicity was described by the logarithm of the octanol/water partition coefficient (log P) determined experimentally and calculated with prediction methods.

This study uncovers that quercetin naturally targets mitochondria. By coordinating quercetin with Fe3+, we engineer an ultrasmall cascade nanozyme (MCN) with superoxide dismutase‐catalase activities. MCN crosses the damaged blood–brain barrier, scavenges mitochondrial ROS, prevents mitochondrial DNA leakage, and blocks the cGAS‐STING pathway, thereby ...
