A design flowfor inductively degenerated LNA'S
Proceedings of the 2004 11th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems, 2004. ICECS 2004., 2005A design flow to explore the design parameters space of integrated inductively-degenerated low noise amplifiers (LNA), under the constraint of matched input impedance, is presented. It is based on standard circuit simulation tools and can be easily automated.

The main design goals of an LNA are to achieve low noise figure, high gain, good linearity and good matching and reverse isolation. The choice of the LNA topology is therefore very important to suit the design application. Five LNA topologies were studied, analyzed and compared in this chapter.

Preparation of LNA Phosphoramidites
Synthesis, 2002A highly efficient method for the preparation of LNA (Locked Nucleic Acid) phosphoramidite monomers with 2-cyanoethyl-N,N,N',N'-tetraisopropylphosphorodiamidite and 4,5-dicyanoimidazole has been devised. The quality of the phosphoramidites prepared in this manner is equal to HPLC purified phosphoramidites and can easily be used for oligonucleotide ...

Abstract In this paper a wideband Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is introduced which also converts the single-ended input to differential signal at the output. It is based on common-source amplifier with active-feedback to provide input matching. The proposed amplifier has the input matched from 500 MHz to 2.5 GHz.

This chapter discusses the low-noise amplifier process variation effect. Extensive analytical equations are derived. The adaptive substrate bias technique to reduce the process variation effect on the low-noise amplifier is presented.
