Lymphocyte Redox Imbalance and Reduced Proliferation after a Single Session of High Intensity Interval Exercise. [PDF]
This study investigated whether an acute session of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is sufficient to alter lymphocyte function and redox status. Sixteen young healthy men underwent a HIIT session on a cycloergometer, consisting of eight bouts of ...

Activated lymphocytes release nano-sized vesicles (exosomes) containing microRNAs that can be monitored in the bloodstream. We asked whether elicitation of immune responses is followed by release of lymphocyte-specific microRNAs.

Intein‐based modular chimeric antigen receptor platform for specific CD19/CD20 co‐targeting
CARtein is a modular CAR platform that uses split inteins to splice antigen‐recognition modules onto a universal signaling backbone, enabling precise, scarless assembly without re‐engineering signaling domains. Deployed here against CD19 and CD20 in B‐cell malignancies, the design supports flexible multi‐antigen targeting to boost T‐cell activation and

THE IMMUNOCOMPETENT CELLS RECEPTORS RESEARCH UNDER EXPERIMENTAL INFLUENZA INFECTION IN VITRO
Introduction. It is known that interferon is a cytokine and is a substantial part of the immune system necessary for antigenic challenge immune response full expression. Also it is considered that every antigen is an interferon inducer.

Effects of immunoregulatory drugs on human peripheral blood T lymphocytes function in vitro [PDF]
BACKGROUND: The purpose of the study was to evaluate the mode of action of different immunoregulatory drugs in lymphocyte proliferation and activation METHODS: The drugs studied were prednisolone (PRED), cyclosporin A (CsA) the recombination of PRED and ...

Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers. We propose SLFN5, SLFN11, and OAS1 as UC‐specific response predictors. We suggest Talazoparib as the better PARP inhibitor for UC than Olaparib.

Early Diagnosis of Pathogen Infection by Cell-Based Activation Immunoassay
Diagnostic identification of pathogens is usually accomplished by isolation of the pathogen or its substances, and should correlate with the time and site of infection.

Human Plasma-like Medium Improves T Lymphocyte Activation
Summary: T lymphocytes are critical for effective immunity, and the ability to study their behavior in vitro can facilitate major insights into their development, function, and fate.

The Immunology of Macrophage Activation Syndrome
Synonymous with secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, macrophage activation syndrome (MAS) is a term used by rheumatologists to describe a potentially life-threatening complication of systemic inflammatory disorders, most commonly systemic ...

Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...
