Poly Schiff bases embedded polyrotaxane for flexible memristor and artificial synapses
FlexMat, EarlyView.Solution‐processable poly Schiff base (PSB) is designed and synthesized by embedding it within cyclodextrin. The resulting memristor shows high ON/OFF ratio (107), fast switching (25 ns), excellent environmental stability (>8 months) and bendability (3 mm), and emulates synaptic plasticity and achieves image recognition.
