Abstract Background A lower serum lactate/albumin ratio has been linked to favorable outcomes in critically ill patients. Objective We investigated whether the serum lactate/albumin ratio could predict the likelihood of benefiting from targeted temperature management (TTM) after out‐of‐hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA). Methods Using a nationwide Japanese

White adipose tissue undergoes browning under endogenous and exogenous stimuli, primarily regulated by core molecules such as PRDM16 and UCP1. It exhibits a double‐edged sword effect in metabolic diseases and tumors: while mitigating metabolic disease impacts and suppressing early‐stage tumors through nutritional competition, it may accelerate cachexia

Boron‐10 carriers and their applications in boron neutron capture therapy
Summary of different types of boron drugs. Abstract Boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) has emerged as a promising therapeutic modality in cancer treatment, demonstrating the ability to selectively eliminate cancer cells through the 10B(n,α)7Li nuclear reaction with minimal side effects on normal tissues.
