Cutaneous Rosai‐Dorfman Disease With MAP2K1 Mutation Treated With Encorafenib and Binimetinib
ABSTRACT Rosai‐Dorfman disease (RDD) is a rare histiocytic disorder with unifocal to multisystemic involvement. Activating mutations in the MAPK/ERK pathway can occur in up to 50% of RDD cases. We report a case of cutaneous RDD (C‐RDD) with facial and truncal lesions harboring an activating MAP2K1 (MEK1) mutation that showed a complete response to a ...

Oncogenic KRAS Rewires Stress Granule Dynamics: Mechanisms and Therapeutic Opportunities
ABSTRACT Stress granules (SGs) are dynamic, membrane‐less structures that form in response to various cellular stresses, including metabolic, oxidative, and therapeutic challenges. They function as adaptive hubs and reorganize protein synthesis and signaling networks to help cells survive under stress. In cancer, these condensates are often hijacked to

MEK Inhibitor Associated Airway Injury in an Infant With Noonan Syndrome: A Case Report
An infant with Noonan syndrome treated with trametinib developed extensive mucosal sloughing of the upper and lower airway, followed by severe supraglottic scarring. Clinicians should consider airway toxicity as a potential adverse effect of MEK inhibitor therapy.

Chemically and Mechanically Recyclable Polyolefins Incorporating Covalent Adaptable Networks
Low‐molecular‐weight polypropylene is converted into a crosslinked polyolefin containing a covalently adaptable network. The semicrystalline material remains melt‐processable and mechanically recyclable. Its thermal and mechanical properties are comparable to commercial polyolefins.

Hsp90 Inhibition on the Western Blot: N‐Terminal Versus C‐Terminal Inhibitors in Breast Cancer
ABSTRACT Heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) is an established and clinically validated anticancer target. By regulating the folding and maturation of diverse client proteins, it is indirectly involved in carcinogenesis. Key breast cancer oncogenic drivers, including estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, are ...

The FGF/FGFR System in the Biology and Therapeutic Landscape of Pediatric CNS Tumors
ABSTRACT Central nervous system (CNS) tumors are the most common solid malignancies in children, comprising a highly heterogeneous group of neoplasms defined by distinct molecular alterations and clinical behaviors. Advances in molecular genetics have underscored the relevance of specific signaling pathways in driving pediatric tumorigenesis, among ...
