ABSTRACT Pelargonium odoratissimum is traditionally recognized for its medicinal properties, yet its potential in food preservation remains underexplored. This study evaluated the phytochemical composition, antioxidant capacity, and antibacterial activity of its solvent extracts, with emphasis on the ethyl acetate fraction.
