Cell Chemical BiologyThe tumor microenvironment (TME) dictates the outcome of cancer immunotherapy. In this issue of Cell Chemical Biology, Yu et al.1 report that targeting Mettl3 leads to a more inflamed, "hot" TME and effective anti-PD-1 therapy.
