Combating VEGFA‐siRNA‐Induced Metabolic Reprogramming via Glucose Utilization Deprivation
An ionizable lipid nanoparticle co‐delivers VEGFA siRNA and glucose oxidase to tumors to counteract VEGFA knockdown‐induced, glutamine‐driven metabolic compensation. Enzymatic glucose consumption reverses the adaptive pathways and restores metabolism toward baseline, thereby sensitizing tumors to therapy.

Performance of vehicle generators classifying spatially patternized vehicles in traffic in developing countries [PDF]
In heterogeneous traffic observed in developing countries, certain types of vehicles tend to travel together in small clusters, known as “Groups,” which can influence overall traffic flow and stability.

Fluorescent BODIPY‐conjugated thiosemicarbazone ligands and their Ga(III), In(III), and Fe(III) complexes, inspired by Triapine, are developed as theranostic agents. Multiphoton FLIM and confocal microscopy in cancer cells and zebrafish reveal real‐time uptake, mitochondrial localisation, and whilst spectroscopic assays indicated preserved complex ...

Testing and Benchmarking of Microscopic Traffic Flow Models [PDF]
Microscopic simulation models are becoming increasingly important tools in modelling transport systems. There are large number of available models used in many countries. The important difficult stage in the development and use of such models is the calibration and validation of the microscopic sub-models describing the traffic flow, such as the car ...

A Microbial Lipid‐ATP Synthase Axis Fuels NK Cell Antitumor Activity
This study focuses on the mechanism by which gut microbiota‐derived outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) regulate NK cell antitumor activity. B. intestinalis is identified to decrease extra‐intestinal tumor growth via its OMVs enriched in sphingosine (SP).
