[Mildronate in the treatment of transitory ischemic attacks].

An aim of the present study was to evaluate the treatment efficacy of the antioxidant mildronate in patients with transitory ischemic attacks. We studied the dynamics of clinical status, psychometric data and indices of free-radical lipid oxidation in 40 patients.
